- Greet guests as they enter the casino and assist with any questions or concerns they may have. - Provide information about casino games, rules, and promotions to guests.- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.- Assist guests with opening and managing their casino accounts.- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.- Promote special events and promotions to guests and encourage participation.- Monitor and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity.- Handle cash and chips accurately and efficiently.- Assist in organizing and executing casino tournaments and events.- Build and maintain relationships with VIP players and provide personalized service.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.- Maintain a clean and organized casino floor.- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Casino Host or in a similar role.- Knowledge of casino games and regulations.- Excellent customer service skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player.- Must be able to obtain any required licenses or certifications.- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
