Job Responsibilities Greet guest, welcome them to Boondocks Food & Fun Explain package and pricing options, park height requirements and help guest decide what will work best for their visit. Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas Answer guests' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies. Assist at redemption counter Resolve guest concerns Thank guest for coming, wish them a fun rest of their day Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Minimum Job Requirements Must be at least 16 years old Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week Savvy with computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment Basic reading and mathematical skills, handle money and give correct change Attention to detail, strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented Well-groomed and neat appearance Enjoys working in a team atmosphere Enjoys working through problems with systems and come up with solutions The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and work in a fast pace environment Availability during the weekends due to the majority of business occurs on Saturdays and Sundays Run it like you own it, maintain a clean work area Benefits: Fun environment where lifelong friendships are formed Competitive hourly wage Flexible schedules 50% discount on park food and attractions Rewards for exceeding guest service expectations Growth opportunities Health, dental, and vision plans available after 60 days full time employment Boondocks Food & Fun is an Equal Opportunity Employer
