We are seeking a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as a Cashier / Host. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions at the register and ensuring that guests have a positive experience when coming into our establishment.Duties and responsibilities:- Greet customers as they enter the store or restaurant- Take customer orders and process payments accurately- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station- Answer customer questions and provide information about products or services- Assist with seating customers and managing waitlists during peak hours- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional mannerQualifications:- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Basic math skills and attention to detail- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsIf you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
