Case Manager : Youth Justice : Up to GBP40 p/hr Non Stop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the North Wales area who are looking for qualified social worker/caseworker to join their Youth Justice Section in our Children, Families and Safeguarding Service. They offer the opportunity to work from home which allows you to spend less time travelling every week and give you more time to spend with you family. Responsibilities: Suitable candidate will be expected to work as a member of the integrated multi: disciplinary Youth Justice Service across the statutory, diversionary and prevention service areas. The post holder will deliver integrated children and family support interventions to those at risk of offending/re: offending/vulnerability, exploitation and harm and where there is potential of family/placement breakdown as a result of behaviour, complex emotional health and are Looked After by the Local Authority Benefits: Competitive pay rate Hybrid working ASAP start Training and developmental opportunities Stable team Flexible working Requirements: Please apply if you are a Worker with experience, if social worker : must have over 3 years post qualifying experience if case manager : must have criminal justice, probation officer degrees and experience a driving license.
