Carpenter Formed Construction Inc Job details• Location 11407 122nd St. NW Edmonton, ABT5M 0B6• Salary 28.00 to 30.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 40 hours per Week. • Terms of employment Permanent employment: Full time• Day• Start date: Starts as soon as possible. • vacancies1 vacancy Overview Languages English Education• No degree, certificate, or diploma Experience3 years to less than 5 years Work site environment• At heights• Noisy• Dusty Work setting• Construction• Various locations• Renovation• Maintenance and repair• Residential Responsibilities Tasks• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements. • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools. • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware. • Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites• Survey building locations and levels. • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
