We bring joy, comfort, and exceptional care to those who need it the most! Job Responsibilities: Superhero Caring: Assisting residents with ADL's and personal care with a next level compassion. Master Chef: Whip up culinary delights fit for a king or a queen (with the support of a menu and recipes!). Not confident in cooking? No problem, we will teach you! Conversationalist: Engage in heartwarming conversations and storytelling where worries are forgotten and smiles are abundant Medical Marvel: Provide above and beyond essential medical and personal care and support - knowledge or desire to obtain knowledge of best practices and medication information required! Qualifications: A heart overflowing with empathy and kindness. Ability to provide superhero care with a smile on your face! Patience of a saint. Flexibility to adapt to ever-changing situations. Previous caregiving experience a plus but not required! Ability to obtain a minimum of an HCA within 200 days of hire. Perks: Daily doses of laughter, gratitude, and fulfillment. You will need the emotional intelligence to take the hard days, lean on your team, and come back strong your next shift. Wage Range: $17 - $22+ Current Shifts Available: Day, Evening, NOC, Weekday and Weekend Shifts available! We can provide flexible schedules. $500 Sign On Bonus if you hold an active HCA/CNA License! $250 Sign On Bonus if you do not hold an active HCA/CNA License!
