Our Care Partners (Caregivers) provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized treatment plan. What will you do as a Care Partner? Support residents in their daily activities by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents. Encourage and assist with activity programs If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Positive team player attitude and love working with people! Good verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent A CNA license is strongly preferred. Experience with memory Care is strongly preferred Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
