While prior experience and certifications are a plus, we are always willing to train the right person who has a passion for working with seniors! GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide for the daily physical care of residents. Assist residents in showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene and assistance needs Create an environment that enhances the well-being of residents Facilitate and encourage participation in life enrichment programs Administer medications to residents Monitor residents for change in condition Light housekeeping duties Assisting resident during meal times KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent attendance and work ethic Experience working with persons with dementia preferred CBRF certificates are a plus COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Competitive Wages Continuing Education Great Benefits! o Health insurance, dental, vision, paid vacation and more!
