Job Summary Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver FOR IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for a client located in Kittanning, PA: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m) Client Diagnosis: Fall Risk, Chronic Frailty, Mobility Impairment, TBI (2006), Wound - Right Hip - CLIENT IS A FULL ASSIST NOTE: Client has a dog - Doberman - friendly Duties may include but not limited to: Cooking and Light Housekeeping Laundry and Change of Bed Linens Grocery Shopping Companionship Range of Motion Exercises Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance Driving to Appointments and Errands Walking and Transfer Assistance Medication Reminders ADL's Ambulation Change Depends Transportation Home Care Assistance MUST receive a copy of the following documents in order to start employment - PA REQUIRED documents: 2 Step TB Test Results Social Security Card Driver's License/State ID Car Insurance Card Proof of 2 Year PA Residency Requirements 1 Year Experience (at least) Pass Criminal Background Checks Pass Child Clearances (when applicable) Benefits and Perks Sign on Bonus Referral Bonus Additional Information For more information about us please visit: Apply at: https:hcapittsburgh.clearcareonline.com/apply/ Questions or to set up an interview please call 724-933-XXXX.
