Following written instructions, you carefully administer medication. You check on residents' well-being, making sure that they are well cared for. You love interacting with each resident - it's like hanging with a grandparent!With attention to detail, you keep accurate documentation of all medication administration. You are quick to respond to any falls or other healthcare concerns. You also help with minor treatments.
