A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CAREGIVER / CNA As a part-time or full-time Caregiver / CNA, you assist our senior residents with day-to-day tasks so they can live richer, fuller lives. You are a caring person who is not only a caregiver for our residents but also a friend. In this direct care role, you do more than help residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and eating. You also develop personal relationships with them, so you can provide our residents with companionship and a conversation partner.When we host activities or community events, you gently encourage your residents to attend and socialize with others. Additionally, you keep living spaces clean, organized, and free of tripping hazards. When possible, you encourage independence and self-sufficiency during various activities. You are a reliable helper who feels great about directly improving the lives of our senior residents! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CAREGIVER / CNA High school diploma or equivalent Heart for working with senior residents WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CAREGIVER / CNA The following shifts are available for this assisted living or memory care position: Part-time; day shift (6:30am-3:00pm) Part-time; evening shift (2:45pm-11:15pm) All positions, unless otherwise indicated, have an every other weekend and every other holiday obligation.
