- CLT at Home : We offer In-Home companion and personal care for clients at their home or at their favorite community in the greater Vancouver WA. area to include Clark and Cowlitz Counties. If you love caring for people and are searching for - flexible hours , in a rewarding career then consider working for CLT at Home. -As a CNA/HCA Caregiver you will utilize your skills and passion to care for clients and family. Keep them safe and comfortable in their home. As a valued team member, you will have all this and more. Job Responsibilities: Provide care for clients of all age groups at their home and at care communities that need help with active daily living. Help people recovering from surgeries, injuries, or mobility issues by assisting with their basic needs, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, audible and visual cognitive stimulation, cleaning, and shopping. Taking clients to Doctor Appointments when needed. Maintain client stability by checking vital signs and recording/reporting changes in conditions. Serve the agency by adhering to professional standards, policies, and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.
