Responsibilities: Home assistance – Provide direct and personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, run errands and provide transportation to medical appointments and other places when needed. Accompany client with personal care and assist with a personal care plan. Prepare meals, and provide personal assistance with general living needs. Personal services could include toileting, bathing, feeding and grooming. Companionship – Provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging and assisting an individual.
