Car Sales Representative Job Responsibilities Assist customers through by purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs. Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale. Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment. This is a full-time position. Car Sales Representative Compensation & Benefits 100% Commission - You can make as much money as you want! $4,000 / month guarantee for the first 90-days of training.
