We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Cannabis Cultivation and General Laborers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of producing high-quality cannabis products while embracing sustainable practices and innovation. Responsibilities:• Assist with cannabis cultivation activities, including planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting plants according to our responsible farming practices.• Support processing operations, including trimming, packaging, and labeling cannabis products with a focus on quality and sustainability.• Participate in construction projects, contributing to site preparation, equipment assembly, and general maintenance tasks to support our facility's growth and sustainability goals.• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, promoting sustainability and adherence to our responsible farming practices.• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and contribute to the success of our operation.• Embrace opportunities for learning and growth within the cannabis industry, striving for excellence in all aspects of your work. Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent.• 21 Years of age or older• Previous experience in construction and general labor, preferably in agriculture or related fields.• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.• Strong work ethic and a passion for sustainable farming practices.• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to company policies and regulations.• Flexibility to work in different environments and conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings.• Flexibility to work long hours, including early mornings Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly About Company: Manzano Partners LLC is dedicated to the mission of cultivating success, nurturing innovation, and yielding prosperity.
