The YMCA Camp Cormorant offers more than just a job - we offer the chance to make a lasting difference for the youth in our community! No day at camp is just a typical day ! Beautiful Camp Cormorant is located on Big Cormorant Lake by Lake Park, Minnesota. Ropes Course Staff supervise campers of all skills and abilities and help them learn proper safety techniques. Ropes Course Staff organize a variety of activities for campers such as high and low ropes challenge courses, climbing the wall, and riding the zip line. Ropes Course Staff are responsible for setting up/taking down and storing gear each time the course is used. Camp Ropes Course Staff Pay & Benefits: $400/week (Additional pay may be given for relevant experience and/or education) You will be paid a weekly rate of pay and paid bi-weekly Free room and board at the camp - you will need to live at camp Camp Ropes Course Staff Qualifications: At least 18 years old 6 months experience working with youth First Aid & CPR Certification for Adult, Child, and Infant If First Aid & CPR Certification is not current, a recertification course will be held during camp training week Pass the 3-Day Ropes Course Training and Certification at Camp Cormorant The YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties conducts a pre-employment background check on all employees.
