Responsibilities: Responsible for serving members' needs by providing service and information in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner via telephone, text or other correspondence Responsible to identify member needs to cross sell products and services Research and solve member inquiries, as well as, process mail transactions Qualifications: Previous credit union, financial institution, member service, sales or related experience preferred. The successful candidate will have a professional approach in dealing with others, work well in a team environment, as well as, display excellent communication skills. This position requires a member-focused, service-oriented and positive attitude. Must demonstrate consistent accuracy and efficiency, as well as, strong attention to detail. Must be able to educate members on credit union products/ services and use sound judgement. Requires strict adherence to confidentiality and protecting member sensitive data.
