Customer Service/ Call Center Representatives. Next Class Starts Tuesday, February 18, 2020.If you have at least one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience and want to earn up to $15 an hour; we have the job for you. Don’t wait to apply as there are only a few seats left available for this Training class. Please submit your most current, up to date resume for consideration of placement into this class as interviews will be taking place until Friday, January 31st. Training Class will begin February 18, 2020 and will be a minimum 7 weeks. Applicants must be available between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday- Friday for training with no interruptions during the training period.Qualifications:• Applicant must have at least one year experience in Customer Service or Call Center setting• An education level of at least a High School Diploma or GED• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period. Lunches and breaks are scheduled, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work over-time as needed.• Applicant must pass Drug screening and Background CheckPharmacy Helpdesk Specialist Full-time position located in Jefferson City. Responsible for working with medical professionals to process drug authorization requests by telephone and facsimile. Candidate must be computer proficient and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous customer service, utilization review, and health-care experience required.
