Call Center Representative Department: Customer Service Reporting Structure: Reports to Call Center Supervisor Job Summary: Impact Health USA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while developing your skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
