Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch.We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Merrillville, Indiana office. A qualified applicant will have: Excellent computer and communication skills Management experience Customer service experience Be available to work evenings and weekends Ability to resolve conflicts and issues. Must have outbound calling Experience Job duties include:• Schedule and confirm appointments• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls• Customer Service• Manage sales reps schedules• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and bonus opportunities.
