We are looking for a driven goal-oriented leader for the Call Center Manager position at our Main Office. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM., Friday 8:30 AM-6:00 PM. In this position, the candidate will manage the functions of our Contact Center, which support member requests by phone, email, and mail, as well as Debit and Credit Card maintenance. This individual should have a strong background in managing a customer service environment, strong attention to personnel development, delegation of tasks, and overall department performance and service standards. Day-to-Day Job Duties: The following duties are normal for this position but should not be interpreted as all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Assist members by phone with a goal of first call resolution for all member requests, including, but not limited to, balance inquiries, transfers, payments, mobile and remote platform assistance, debit and credit card assistance, suspected fraud assistance, and loan product inquires. Assist with account maintenance and account research as requested. Open member account requests that are created online. Effectively manages Call Center staff through regular coaching, counseling, and mentoring. Establishes Call Center productivity and member service goals for everyone based on the department's goals; develops incentive plans that reward when established thresholds are met or exceeded. Regularly reviews Call Center tasks with the goal of effectively streamlining these tasks to maintain a focus on quality member service. Compensations: the minimum pay for this position is $50,000 annually. One year of customer service experience required, in a call center setting preferred. Experience working in a financial institution preferred. Thorough knowledge of credit union products and services. Ability to assist members by telephone or email in a professional and efficient manner; capable of working with frequent change.
