Call Center Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Salem, OR (97302)Job ID: #68780Pay Range: $17.00Shift: 1st shift only Call Center Experience: Preferred 6 months experience or moreOn-site work in Salem officePaid Training for 1-3 weeksIf you do NOT have 6mos of Call Center Customer Service Experience - Please send Resume as we have Positions that require less experience.SUMMARY * This position is Inbound Customer Service providing Customer Service via telephone & some Light Technical Support Assistance (training provided) for cutting edge Electronic Lockboxes and Access Keys to the Real Estate & Rental Management Industry. * Customer Service Rep is expected to multi-task tools and screens to perform Light Technical Support Assistance (will train) via telephone in an efficient and effective manner, while maintaining courtesy and professionalism. * Call Center Rep will determine call resolution and document calls appropriately. * Apply established customer satisfaction skills to resolve issues with end users providing a positive customer service experience. * Follow call-handling procedures to assure uniform support within the guidelines of the department. * Meet call handling, volume and productivity performance metrics. * Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position. * This Customer Service position is located On-site in Salem, Oregon in an office call center environment.REQUIRED SKILL & EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or GED * 6 months of Call Center Customer Service experience preferred * Must have strong Customer Service/Communication soft-skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook * Must be able to communicate information easily over the telephone and email * Preferred -experience with ORACLE or SAP / ARIBA Software is A plus but not required ( will train on use) * Able to Interview ASAP & Start Working in 1 -2 weeksOTHER REQUIREMENTS * Pass a drug test * Pass a background checkIf you do not have 6mos of Call Center Customer Service Experience - Please send Resume as we have entry level Positions that require no experience.
