Call Center Agent Onsite – Atlanta-Sandy Springs, GA Learn how healthcare should be delivered – help people – build a career – no healthcare experience required. We are seeking a Call Center Agent for our Sandy Springs, GA office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life-saving treatments. Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people. Qualifications High School Diploma/ GED. Strong customer service mindset. Previous experience in customer service required Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
