A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER AGENT / INTAKE SPECIALIST As an entry-level Call Center Agent / Intake Specialist at our legal marketing firm, you help us fulfill our purpose by connecting interested individuals with our services. You receive incoming calls as well as reach out to existing clients and prospective clients who have sent us their information. That's right, NO cold calling! While conversing with current or prospective clients on the phone, you apply your listening and customer service skills to ask a series of qualifying questions and determine how we can help them. You are always warm and friendly, and you naturally create a connection with each person you speak with while helping them feel heard. What you need: Ability to write and speak English fluently High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred but not required.
