Business Transformation Manager 47117BR USA - California - Mountain View/Sunnyvale, USA - California - San Francisco, USA - California - San Jose Job Description and Requirements This opportunity sits within the Digital Transformation Office, which is focused on reshaping the future at Synopsys, driving strategy, process, system, structural, and behavioral change across Synopsys. The Business Transformation Manager will be working with the Senior Director of Finance, partnering with Synopsys leadership globally to drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development, and delivery of a solution, service, or capability.We are looking for a proven change leader excited to usher in a new era of Digital Transformation at Synopsys. The ideal candidate should be a good problem-solver who can diagnose functional needs, deal with ambiguity, identify where we are and where we want to be, develop a blueprint/roadmap, and execute.The Business Transformation Manager will be leading the end-to-end project lifecycle to improve organizational effectiveness on our Journey to Intelligent Operations i.e. assessment, design, and implementation. Partner with an extended team to provide processes, tools, methods, business transformation practices and training across the organization. Responsible for creating deliverables according to established core procedures, processes, measurements and methodologies.The Business Transformation Manager will be working on project that may emanate from US, Asia, and Europe teams hence flexible to collaborate with different time zones.Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for digital transformation, operational efficiencies and enable new business modelsMaintain an understanding of leading practices and innovations which are happening across processes, analytics, the Synopsys ecosystem, and broader marketplaceImplementing analytics, planning, or reporting solutionsPartner with functional process owners to implement leading processes to improve operational effectiveness, and reporting, incorporating enablers for end-to-end processes by assessing challenges/needs/gapsDesign and conduct future state workshops, identify opportunities and recommend measurable improvements.Create and manage comprehensive process documentation (SIPOC, Process Flows, etc.) and oversee portfolio of projects to drive adoption and complianceUse data to provide insight and drive actionsPartner with business leads to navigate complex issues and change management agendaDrive projects on solutions with IT/EBS teams and business process owners (for e.g. CRM, SAP, HR systems, data tools and project management tools)Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related fields (required) (MBA a plus)5-7 years of experience (preferably with Big 4) in advising on transformation, process improvements, planning, service delivery models and implementationProficient in Project Management tools, costing and modelling, business case development.Develop and support advanced analytics (incl. design of data collections plan)Outstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passionRecord of career progression with increasing levels of responsibilityExperience in a fast changing, fast-paced environmentExcellent teamwork, including the ability to interact with all organization levelsExperience in independently leading projects and cross-functional stakeholdersAt Synopsys, we're at the heart of the innovations that change the way we work and play. If you share our passion for innovation, we want to meet you.The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $111,000.00 - $194,000.00. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
