Key Autism Services is recruiting a Full-Time Business Analyst to join our growing team! *This job ad is intended for job seekers only (no contractors please) POSITION SUMMARY The Business/Technology Analyst is responsible for understanding business and technology needs for Key Autism Services. The Business Analyst key responsibilities include, but are not limited to gather system requirements from business leadership, writing technical requirement to provide Developers, and testing, analyzing and implementing efficient systems. The Business Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving systems to ensure they are working as intended. Experience with Microsoft Power (Sharepoint, Power BI, Power Flow, Power Automate), Database Management and SQL required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Programming experience required. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Gather system and reporting requirements from business leadership. Translate business requirements into technical requirements for Developers. Test and provide quality assurance of completed development against requirements to ensure developed products are working as intended. Use of Microsoft Power Products, including but not limited to Power BI, Microsoft Flow, Power Automate and Sharepoint. Working with developers to upgrade and implement functionality Meet with leadership and end users to understand business needs and reporting needs 3+ years of programming and technical experience required. Produce and utilize a variety of reports and programs necessary to complete all assigned duties. Attention to detail Solution oriented Being organized and keeping track of all open projects and status Good Communication skills verbally and through email Bachelor's degree preferred. Power BI Development Experience a plus
