Business Systems Support Associate ($31.35-$38.37)

Description:
Position Summary: Job Duties: Provides end-user support to ICAC Associates for all operational systems. Ensures that all requests are logged accurately and any escalation procedures are followed. Performs system operations activities, including checking error logs, verifying integrity of systems and maintaining proper documentation. Assists with “in the moment” training support to ICAC for all Business Systems. Maintain our text messaging platform and perform month-end reporting. Researches and evaluates new software and hardware technologies which could enhance the computer system. Stay up to date on system enhancements including internal enhancements and external systems updates. Customer focused and communicates effectively with all levels of employees. Maintain problem status and resolution information in Salesforce CRM. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations: Will require weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related program. Preferred 2+ years of technical help-desk experience Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems. Google Suite experience preferred. Critical thinking skills, including problem analysis and resolution. Must be able to understand technical concepts of interrelated systems and hardware in a multi-platform environment. Exceptional customer service attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation: Base Pay Range: $31.35 - $38.37 Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
