The Sr Business Systems Analyst provides consulting and implementation service including requirements gathering, analysis, solution development, knowledge transfer and project closeout; assists all internal teams with relevant activities and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing... Manages Salesforce projects including administration, setup, development and deployment with no supervision Contributes to every phase of the project lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and supporting Manages Scope & Expectation of team members and internal customers Oversees or performs code reviews and makes sure development team is following prescribed standards Assures proper test coverage and unit testing is performed & testing adheres to strategy & standards Evaluates out-of-the-box options or design patterns that require minimal customization Determines technical debt that should be remediated Drives the creation of application and technical design documents which leverage Salesforce best practices Identifies and pro-actively manages risk areas and commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution Assist in troubleshooting and clarifying technical issues May lead the implementation and design specification of ongoing projects May develop Platform, Data, and Integration Architecture and Strategies Performs other duties as assigned. What you'll bring to us... Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, or related field. 3 years' experience working with Salesforce.com (SFDC) including administration, setup, development and deployment with no supervision Certification in Advanced Salesforce Administrator Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud Familiarity with code repositories, CI/CD, JIRA and deployment tools Skills in facilitation, including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues Problem-solving, organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently and with a team Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Travel as business requirements dictate at management discretion.
