Job Duties: Partner with the Professional Services Program Manager and business stakeholders to understand the long-range plans and goals that will drive success for the team. Elicit and prioritize system requirements to be implemented in Salesforce, Cloud Coach PSA or other system utilized by the Professional Services team to support their business. Groom and document business requirements, and stories, to better understand the needs of the team. Design Salesforce and Cloud Coach PSA configuration solutions based the business requirements. Configure and maintain business solutions to help drive the overall goals of the Professional Services team. Communicate effectively with the Services Operations Engineering team any highly technical requirements that cannot be delivered through configuration. Manage timelines and deliverables dates to ensure we deliver our solutions on time. Keep your tasks, or stories, up to date to allow for effective collaboration with other team members. Telecommuting Permitted. Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any, Computer Information Systems, or closely related quantitative discipline and 2 years of experience in the field of data analytics, software engineering, engineering, or related field. Special Skills:1. Administration and Development in Salesforce;2. Salesforce Development using MVC Framework;3. Full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design;4. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud;5. Apex, Visual Force, and Javascript;6. REST/SOAP APIs;7. HTML 5, XML, ;8. Implementing Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals; and 9. Jira and Eclipse IDE. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Education, experience & criminal background checks will be conducted.
