Competative salary , 40 hours per week, 9:5 Central location, easily accessible via public transport Our client is looking for a well versed business support officer, who is confident in in the use of a multitude of communication methods. Someone who has great communication skills as well as being able to use IT systems and has an eye for detail. Job Duties: Communicate with customers in a variety of ways as required e. g. face, online, over the phone, providing clear information about how to access services Book appointments, where required, according to local guidelines, supporting customers by clearly explaining the requirements to produce evidence to support applications and appointments, where necessary Accurately update information on relevant systems e. g. Academy, Civica, Carefirst Handle and process customer requests, data, payments etc. in a secure and confidential manner on daily basis e. g. financial transactions for chargeable services Proactively provide suggestions to the team on measures to improve the service in terms of efficiency, customer experience and best practice : supporting a continuous improvement ethos Experience and qualifications needed: Previous admin experience: competent in Microsoft packages Previous customer service, including the ability to communicate through email, phone and face to face. Proficient use of IT 5 G. C. S.
