BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER - CONTRACT - SWITZERLANDA global medical organisation in Switzerland are looking for a Business Support Manager to oversee the business support and admin team whilst developing operational activities for efficient and effective project management. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to improve business performance and perform a key role in supporting the project leaders and external partners ensuring clear communication for successful delivery. You will identify opportunities for process optimization, resolving issues and implement best practices across the company and create a culture for continuous improvement for the team to suggest and implement improvements. You will establish and monitor KPI's for the support function, analyse the teams performance whilst preparing for and presenting results to management. Suitable candidates will have experience in leadership and supporting projects, a business support/ development background and a Degree or Masters in Business Administration, Management or similar.
