With a multitude of businesses nationwide seeking our services, achieving this objective demands the expertise of adept business developers and account managers.We are looking for a new addition to our sales development department with experience in sales and business development. The Business Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth. This position involves coordinating internal resources to maintain and expand the client base.Key Responsibilities: Product/Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company's products or services and industry trends. Educate clients on product features and benefits. Quoting and Pricing: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value. Client Retention: Develop retention strategies to ensure long-term client loyalty. Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address potential issues. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the company on market developments. Travel: Travel to attend industry events as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industries.
