Business Process Consultant - TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Job Locations US-VA-Chantilly Job ID 2023-9748 # of Openings 2 Category Consulting/Business Management Overview LMI, a strategic consulting organization focused on the federal government, is seeking a Business Process Consultant. The Business Process Consultant will support a strategic intelligence community client with a SETA program who will engage in a diverse set of task order specific tasks covering a broad set of consulting capabilities. Applies a variety of analytical, problemsolving, and reporting skills and techniques to both standard and unique business processes. Documents and evaluates standard or unique business processes and makes recommendations for process improvements. Produces a variety of communications from informal email interactions to formal memos, issue papers, presentations, and executive briefings. Analyzes portfolios, programs, and projects to identify risks and help the Sponsor develop, apply, and monitor mitigations. Conducts research to investigate Sponsor problems and work collaboratively with Sponsor to formulate and recommend solutions. May provide financial risk management support to include maintaining a financial risk register, and completing annual fraud risk assessments. May provide a range of financial statement audit and audit risk management and remediation support to help maintain a clean audit opinion and improve internal controls. May provide a range of resource and budget management support. May assess the impact of new guidance on financial operations and support the implementation of new guidance when and where applicable. May hold and maintain one (1) or more of the following industry standard certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP).
