Business Office Assistant - AutomotiveOur business has grown and we need someone who is energetic, helpful and flexible to handle a wide variety of tasks. This position assists the Title Clerk, Billing Clerk and Staff Accountant in the execution of their daily responsibilities.Duties: Trade payoffs Call for title status on payoffs Process paperwork received from tax office All outgoing FedEx Reconcile lien payoff schedule Reconcile tax, title and license schedule Verify deal documents and send out contracts Filing Cross train with other accounting office positions Qualifications: Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel Attention to detail Strong business math skills Personable and work well with others.
