The candidate will draft pleadings and motions, handle depositions, attend hearings, and work collaboratively with partners in a fast-paced environment. Top academic credentials, excellent research skills, persuasive writing abilities, and membership in the Florida Bar are required. Federal Clerkship experience is considered a plus. Duties:Work closely with partners to represent a variety of clients in diverse and complex business disputes.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Handle depositions and attend hearings.Collaborate with several partners in a team-oriented environment.Maintain organization and diligence in managing caseloads.Advocate on behalf of clients in court proceedings. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Membership in the Florida Bar.2-4 years of experience in business litigation.Top academic credentials.Excellent research skills.Persuasive writing abilities.Federal Clerkship experience (preferred).
