Strong academic achievement and the ability to work independently and within a team environment are essential. Prior commercial litigation experience in Missouri's state and federal court is a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Missouri.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on complex business litigation matters.Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.Assist with case management tasks, such as document review, discovery, and trial preparation.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation matters.Requirements:4-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in business litigation.Strong academic background with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Missouri State Bar and in good standing.Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Prior experience with commercial litigation in both state and federal court preferred.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Missouri State Bar.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Legal writing and drafting.Case management and trial preparation.Communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
