Duties:Provide legal guidance and support to the organization and clients on business-related matters.Handle a wide range of business-related legal matters, including contracts, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and employment law.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Analyze legal issues and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks.Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other dispute-resolution processes.Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to business law.Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.3+ years of experience practicing business law, with a focus on contracts, transactions, corporate governance, and employment law.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
