Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils are looking to hire an experienced Business Improvement Officerto join our team in Housing and share our values, commitment, and motivation to make a difference for our residents, clients, and communities. You will join us on a part time (18.5 hours per week) fixed Term or Secondment opportunity for 12 months. Full time, part time and job share opportunities will be considered. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of £32,020 - £37,261 per annum (pro rata). About the Business Improvement Officer role: The Business Improvement Officer will be working as part of an ambitious team who look after our IT systems, Resident Engagement and Business Improvement functions. The team has a strong customer focus that will enable us to meet our Homes and Housing Strategy vision; for our residents to live in affordable and high-quality homes, that enables them to build settled, safe and healthy lives within sustainable and thriving communities. The role is all about working with the wider housing team gather, sort, and analyse data relating to specific housing related services, identify data trends, learn lessons and implement data driven change through developing and monitoring agreed actions and culture change, driven by a strong customer led focus. We want to increase the opportunities and levels of influence our customers have in the running of our services which requires us to be flexible and innovative.
