Join our esteemed Industrial control client as they seek a dynamic Business Development/Territory Representative to drive growth in the Edmonton and Northern Alberta region. With a well-established presence in the industry, our client offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with 5+ years of experience in industrial controls and automation, showcasing a proven ability to cultivate and manage territories effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage business relationships within the Edmonton and Northern Alberta region. Utilize your expertise in the industrial controls industry to promote the client's offerings. Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and secure clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, particularly in the lumber, oil and gas, and pulp and paper sectors. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home or the client's corporate office. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the industrial controls and automation industry. Proven track record in territory building and management. Strong network within the lumber, oil and gas, and pulp and paper industries. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to travel, with approximately 30-40% local travel (some overnight stays). Compensation Package: Competitive base salary of $80,000/year. Commission structure to enhance earnings.
