Syndeo is currently in search of a Business Development Representative for our headquarter office located in Wichita, KS. As a member of the Business Development team, you will consult with business owners and executive leaders who are pursuing strategic HR solutions that will enhance their operation and organizational growth. Syndeo provides modern HR outsourcing solutions to include HR management & compliance, employee benefits, payroll & technology, and workers compensation & risk management. This team works together to build custom HR solutions that help businesses reduce costs, increase productivity by removing the administrative HR burdens of running a business. Execute a multi-step consultative sales process. Utilize sales systems to effectively track prospects, maintain and manage daily activities, and prepare sales reports. Consistently work on building and maintaining prospect pipeline through traditional prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Achieve quota target by meeting various sales metrics. Present and facilitate business proposals to include pricing, articulate agreement specifics, and contract negotiations. Strategize with internal teams to develop an HR solution that meets the needs of the organization. Complete all assigned administrative tasks and duties in a timely manner.The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/qualifications: Bachelors Degree required. 3+ years of B2B sales experience required complex sales cycle role preferred. Ability to communicate with prospects at all levels of the organization. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills. Knowledge of HR, Benefits, Workers Compensation Insurance, Benefits and Benefits Administration, Payroll administration, and HR Information Systems. Technology savvy in MS office, CRM platforms, and common software and web applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple sales opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment. Valid drivers license and insurable driving record is required.
