Promo Builder LLC is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts. This person will act as a liaison between our marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. To be a successful hire, you will need to be results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. Responsibilities: Contact and qualify leads - Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone or email contact. Engage the account and prepare them for the Account Executive. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered. Be the point person for your team's sales lead qualification process. Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between the new clients and Account Executives. Develop and foster relationships – Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention. Meet and exceed targets – Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition. Track interactions in CRM – Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development. Customer support – Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services. Maintain working product knowledge – Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic. Requirements: Bilingual in Russian or Ukrainian Bilingual in Spanish is a plus 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar field Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls Track record of achieving sales quotas Experience with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce) Proficiency with MS Office (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent communication and negotiation skills WFH office set up or ability to work from office Why Promo Builder LLC?
