Depending on experience, this Sales Development Representative position earns an attractive hourly base rate of $16.00 - $20.00/hour plus uncapped commission. (The estimated first-year compensation based on quota is expected to be equivalent to $50,000 - $55,000/year.) A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ENTRY-LEVEL SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE As a Sales Development Representative, you are a critical component of our sales team. You make the engine run! On the front lines of our sales process, you are responsible for filling the funnel that will ultimately produce new business. Your primary responsibility is to generate new business leads through a multi-step prospecting process. Your efforts result in appointments for our outside sales team. You work closely with our sales & marketing team to engage prospects and current customers alike.
