ROLE: New Business Development Manager (Engineering) LOCATION: Aberdeen (hybrid) TERM: Permanent SALARY: GBP 50,000: GBP 60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) My client works within the Subsea Engineering sector, and they are looking to take on a New Business Development Manager on a permanent basis. They are based in Aberdeen, but this role offers working from home options. The New Business Development Manager will ideally have the following attributes: : Be qualified in Engineering or Business or similar (Minimum A Levels) : Have a background in instrumentation or similar major industrial sectors : Previous experience working within technical business development and sales role : Be computer literate; proficient with using Microsoft Office and ERP software ideally : Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written : Have strong customer relationship building skills : Have a great commercial awareness : Good negotiation skills : Be able to organise your own workload : Be able to travel within the UK and overseas : Technical experience in subsea products.
