DESCRIPTION The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and creating strategic business opportunities to drive the company's growth, with a focus on the strategy delivered by the Business Development Committee (BDC). This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in cultivating and managing relationships, understanding market trends, and developing innovative strategies to enhance business prospects. This position will be based out of Calgary, AB, Canada. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions. Stop work in the area of an identified health or safety problem until resolved. Identify projects, partnerships and acquisitions by leveraging existing networks and identifying opportunities with current clients. backss overall potential and collaborate with senior leadership to establish a business development plan with specific objectives.
