Oversee the end-to-end project development lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion. Manage engineering, procurement, and construction EPC processes efficiently. Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors. Implement and oversee effective maintenance strategies for solar installations. Business Development Manager The Candidate Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Proven experience in project development and EPC within the solar industry. Strong understanding of solar energy technologies and market trends. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
