Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base within the North of England region. Working closely with our senior management team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and securing contracts with prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives. Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision: makers and stakeholders in target industries. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and agreements in collaboration with the legal and finance teams. Track sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
