As a Business Development Executive with Make UK, you will play a vital role in achieving our ambitious growth targets and expanding our commercial services with a key focus on HR and employment law services. Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for securing a minimum of 10 qualified new subscription appointments each week for the Business Development team. You will engage prospects in meaningful conversations to build rapport and trust, ensuring a high conversion rate from calls to appointments. You will also actively promote and sell our HR and Legal training courses, maximizing their uptake and utilization. Key Responsibilities: Secure a minimum of 10 qualified new subscription appointments weekly for the Business Development team. Promote and sell EEF training courses to maximize their uptake and utilization. Ensure accurate and up: to: date data entry in Dynamics CRM following member and non: member contacts. Cultivate strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive new business opportunities through regular lead generation. Collaborate with marketing and local delivery teams to optimize lead generation efforts. Provide support to the Business Development team with the completion of sales order documentation as required.
