Description:
Position is responsible for annually originating $6-10 million in Commercial Loans. Lenders also develop, maintain and service loan customers plus cross-sell bank products and services. Local processors and analysts allow for quick approvals and closings. Qualified applicants need a Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years prior Commercial Lending experience. Knowledge of the southern Chicagoland market highly desirable. Proven sales skills necessary. The position will include a base salary for up to the first year and transition to a base plus quarterly incentive program. Annual goals include maintenance of existing accounts plus new business development. Compensation also includes a generous profit-sharing plan.
