Business Analyst (Hybrid) We have an immediate need for a direct hire Business Analyst to join one of the nation’s largest independent automotive parts retailers. The Business Analyst will be a driving force on initiatives aimed at uncovering business opportunities and addressing challenges through data-driven analytical models. This role involves close collaboration with executives to offer insightful recommendations for informed decision-making. Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid; onsite two days per week) This job expects to pay about $120,000 – 140,000 annually plus benefits. What You Will Do: Engage independently with senior leadership to comprehend intricate business obstacles and opportunities, devising tailored data solutions for business intelligence needs. Conceptualize innovative business intelligence solutions via data manipulation and visualization techniques, leading to actionable insights. Analyze data comprehensively, drawing conclusions and recommendations that inform effective strategic maneuvers to attain business objectives. Present findings and proposals to key stakeholders and management, influencing proactive business decisions. Identify essential data sources crucial for achieving desired business outcomes. Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs highlighting business performance. Provide expert consultation on reports and dashboards for end-users. What Gets You The Job: Proficiency in data blending tools such as Tableau Desktop, Alteryx, or similar platforms. Advanced understanding of multiple data environments with adeptness in SQL and preferably Python. Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Extensive experience analyzing data to resolve complex business problems across various segments like sales, marketing, and operations. Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills. Consultative approach towards collaboration with management and fellow analysts. Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, adapting flexibly to evolving circumstances and priorities.
