Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in a similar roleAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistanceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong discipline and proficiency in following written and verbal instructionsExemplary work standards and exceptional attention to detailCompetency in safely and effectively operating hand and minor electrical toolsProficiency in basic math calculationsExcellent time management and communication skillsAdaptability to changing circumstances and prioritiesAction-oriented and energetic approachAbility to lift heavy objects and stand/walk for extended periodsWillingness and ability to perform strenuous physical labor, even under adverse conditionsValid in-state driver's license suitable for light commercial vehiclesResponsibilities: Provide custodial and cleaning services for outdoor bus stop sheltersWill Drive an EV Van to provide services across multiple locations.Execute and report routine cleaning and maintenance of transit shelters along an assigned routeInspect locations and report necessary repairsMaintain software logs of cleaning activities performed on the assigned transit shelter routeSwiftly identify and report damage and safety issuesCollaborate with maintenance crews to conduct general structural maintenance and repairs to transit sheltersSkillfully read, write, and follow complex instructionsDemonstrate physical flexibility: climb, bend, stoop, stand, sit, push, and pull; handle materials and equipment weighing over 85 poundsMaintain records for reporting purposesWork independently, utilizing judgment and decision-making skillsCompetently complete essential documentation and reportsJob Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time offSchedule: 8 hour shiftNight shiftWork Location: On the road
